Yes, really. Seamless Slot operates on a pay-as-you-go model. We do not charge a fixed monthly subscription, setup fee, or require a minimum contract term. You only pay a 3% transaction fee when you successfully receive a paid booking through our platform. If you don't get bookings, you don't pay us anything.
You are not charged. Our fees apply only to completed bookings. If a client cancels their appointment or if a booking is not completed for any reason, no transaction fee is applied to that slot. We believe you should only pay for revenue you actually earn.
Seamless Slot charges a flat 3% platform fee on bookings. However, because payments are processed directly to you (we do not hold your funds), standard processing fees from your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, Square) will still apply to the transaction. We do not add any hidden surcharges on top of this—our cost is strictly the 3% for the booking technology.
No. Our Terms and Conditions adhere to a strict month-to-month basis. You are free to stop using the platform at any time with no cancellation fees and no early termination penalties. We rely on earning your business every month rather than locking you in.
You do. Since Seamless Slot acts as a technology provider and not a bank, the payment goes directly from the client to your business account. Therefore, any refunds, disputes, or billing adjustments are managed directly by you through your dashboard or payment provider, giving you full control over your revenue.
No. You act as the Data Controller for your client records; we strictly act as a processor to facilitate the booking. We collect only the limited data necessary to secure the appointment (e.g., name, email, phone) and do not sell, rent, or trade your client data to third parties. We are fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
As a technology platform, we provide the tools to manage your schedule, but the final delivery of services is your responsibility. While we maintain the platform's security and availability, you remain responsible for confirming appointments and delivering the actual service to your clients.
