By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

“Service Provider” – any business, organisation, or professional using the Platform to offer appointments or services
“Customer” / “Client” – an individual booking an appointment through the Platform
“Booking” – an appointment scheduled using the Platform
“Services” – the technology services provided by Seamless Slot

3. Nature of the Platform

Seamless Slot is a technology platform only.

We do not:

Provide medical, healthcare, legal, financial, cosmetic, wellness, or professional services
Employ, manage, supervise, or control Service Providers
Guarantee service quality, availability, or outcomes
Provide advice, diagnosis, treatment, or consultations

All services are delivered solely by the Service Provider, who remains fully responsible for their business, customers, and compliance obligations.

4. Bookings & Appointments

Customers book appointments through Service Provider interfaces powered by the Platform
Booking information is recorded for operational purposes
Seamless Slot does not guarantee appointment availability, attendance, or completion

Service Providers are solely responsible for:

Confirming, rescheduling, or cancelling bookings
Delivering services to Customers
Customer communications and service outcomes
Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards

5. Payments

Payments for services are made directly between Customers and Service Providers
Seamless Slot does not collect or process payments unless explicitly agreed in writing
Refunds, disputes, and billing matters must be resolved directly with the Service Provider

6. Data Protection & Cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, UK GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018
We collect only limited data required to operate the Platform
We do not intentionally process special category data

7. User Obligations

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful information
Use the Platform only for legitimate purposes
Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to the Platform

Service Providers are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and industry regulations.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe there is:

A breach of these Terms
Misuse or abuse of the Platform
Illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity
Risk to Seamless Slot or other users

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, branding, content, and design, belong to or are licensed to Seamless Slot.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.

10. Availability & Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Seamless Slot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
We are not responsible for:
- Missed or cancelled appointments
- Service quality or outcomes
- Disputes between Customers and Service Providers
- Loss of revenue or business

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

Service Providers agree to indemnify and hold Seamless Slot harmless from claims arising from:

Services they provide
Regulatory or legal breaches
Customer complaints or disputes
Misuse of the Platform

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
